THANKSGIVING!
In
this month of November, perhaps we should all be thankful for the Pilgrims.
Surely
they had no idea that their feast of Thanksgiving to the Lord for
their survival
would become a
national holiday.
To
them it was a sincere day of gratitude.
Our
set-aside “Day of Gratitude” is close at hand.
We
ALL have so much to be grateful for!
We
live in a free nation which gives us rights above and beyond most
people of the earth,
and though we all have our struggles, we also have our
triumphs!---and through them
all, we have our Creator who is still watching
over us, and who is available any time we ask.
Surely we are grateful and are glad for the
reminder-day that the Pilgrims gave to us.

souls who faced many hardships to help give us OUR freedom)
Most
reading this have some connection to C.A.M.P., and the one writing it
is putting
C.A.M.P. very near the top of her list of things
that she is thankful for.
I
sort of imagine many of you will, also. There are so many other
things,
too, though!--and we often forget to say “Thanks”,
so
I
am grateful for the Pilgrims for the reminder!
